MnC and the ROOTs Sharing Session program significantly impact teacher competency and learning quality in NICE Indonesia-assisted schools. I've seen teachers transform their teaching through coaching sessions and classroom observations. The most valuable aspect for teachers is strengthening their understanding and skills via material enrichment, practice, and feedback. This effort aims to sustain a continuous learning culture among teachers. For institutions, these activities help schools ensure the growth of teachers' mindsets and skill sets in educational services. The well-managed planning and monitoring by NICE Indonesia made it easier for teachers, schools, and associates to perform their duties effectively, enhancing the program's impact.

"In 2023, we had the opportunity to participate in the FINMANAGE (Financial Management) Training and Mentoring program, which was funded by the NAMA Foundation. This program provided us with the training and support we needed to develop a strong financial management system. Through the program, we learned how to develop a financial management plan, budget, and cash flow statement. We also learned how to identify and manage risks. As a result of the program, we are now able to use our resources more efficiently and effectively to achieve our mission. I am particularly grateful for the mentoring support that we received from the FINMANAGE program. Our mentor, Hotti, was a wealth of knowledge and experience. he provided us with valuable guidance and support as we developed and implemented our new financial management system."

As a teacher of Alfalah Islamic for the past 5 years, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of NAMA Foundation's support for our school community. The provision of teaching and learning materials has significantly enhanced our ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons, while the upgrading and renovation of school facilities have created a more conducive learning environment for our students.

"Before NAMA Foundation's support, our school was in a state of disrepair. The classrooms were overcrowded, the furniture was old and broken, and the facilities were not up to code. This made it difficult to provide our students with a quality education. However, thanks to NAMA Foundation's support, our school has been transformed. The classrooms have been refurbished, the furniture has been replaced, and the facilities have been upgraded. This has created a much more conducive learning environment for our students. In addition to the physical improvements, NAMA Foundation has also provided our school with much-needed teaching and learning materials. This includes textbooks, stationery, and technology.
