Organizational Sustainability Program was directly derived from one of the main goals in our strategic plan under which, non-financial related interventions are grouped. The areas covered under this program is diverse, ranging from developing individual staff with the right skills to ensuring the organizations are being managed with a certain standard of practices and governance.
As the name suggests, Financial Sustainability Program emphasizes on developing the CSOs in financial management as well as increasing the income generation. This program is very critical in making sure that Organizational Sustainability Program can be achieved and eventually determining the success of NAMA Foundation’s strategic plan.
