Through the Institutional Development Program, NAMA schools will undergo holistic transformation which will impact the educators, the leaders, the system which the schools’ operations are being managed with, as well as the overall schools’ environment.
Students Empowerment program is focusing on the developing students in NAMA schools to become catalysts of change in their communities. The identified students will be provided with customized initiatives which will help them to become a better individual as well as to provide them with proper guidance in realizing their true potential.
Community & Parents Participation Program is addressing the issue of lack of involvement by the parents/communities in children’s education. Through this program more platforms will be developed to encourage parents to participate through which many activities and engagement sessions will be planned and materialized.
