Recruitment issues, insufficient time to develop a training session for new volunteers, keeping volunteers interested, and friction between staff members and volunteers are just a few of the issues that third sector organizations’ face when it comes to volunteer management. Hence, NAMA Foundation established the Count Me In Program with the aim to develop cohorts of excellent volunteer management consultants who are capable of establishing and managing a successful volunteer team in a third sector organization.
