What is C4C Program?

Many third sector organizations struggle to make a difference with the funding they have. Under-resourced teams of paid staff find themselves working less hours due to reduced budgets, while the demand for their services increases. There is little time for goal setting and performance reviews, let alone for finding out the best fit of volunteer role for the individual outcomes sought by the volunteer. With this problem in mind, NAMA Foundation has developed C4C Program with the aim to develop cohorts of excellent third sector consultancies that can help third sector organizations with management of people, teams, volunteers, and of course external partners such as corporate social responsibility.

C4C Program will focus on developing master trainers among consultants. These cohort of master trainers will go through a one- year development program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, assignments and practical at selected local third sector organizations. Upon completion of this program, these master trainers will be attached for one-year with NAMA Foundation and empowered to localize this initiative coordinated by our local partners.

What will the program cover?

Upon completing the program participants will:
  • Become the Certified C4C Master Trainer for your home country.
  • Empower local consultants with the core values and ethics required to engage CSOs and NGOs and promote development..
  • Improve the core professional skills and competencies as a consultant to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Empower local consultants with the essential tools to understand the organizational performance and accompany the organization
