It is considered very important in the e-learning age to have zero illiteracy on the schooling staff level. In order to follow up with the latest IT learning technics, teaching skills, and tools, the concerned staff must be able to know how to use the basic computers skills and the usage of the internet. It will help the schools to enable their teams to explore in producing short educational films, creating basics infographics, boost the social media benefit in the education and to be exposed in many newer technologies. Therefore, we find this program something inevitable especially in the remote areas like the Bekaa Valley and the North where the biggest Muslim Sunni gatherings are located.
