A 3-days seminar development program targeted for the university graduates. This program aims to prepare the university student graduates on the mental and physical preparation in employment. The countries targeted for this program will be Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan and Tanzania. For Kyrgyzstan, we suggest the seminar to be conducted in Bishkek and Orsh city. We are also suggesting this seminar to be conducted in two cities in Tanzania and four cities in Indonesia.

This seminar will call relevant speakers from all ways of career from private sector public figure to government servant employees to successful business man to share their experience and provide inputs to the participants regarding what the employers are looking for in an employee and the necessary preparation to become the first-choice employee.

This seminar will also have mock interview sessions, grooming & etiquette, basic communication & confidence building and effective resume writing.
