Faculty members have responsibilities in the areas of quality assurance, student counselling, and building connections with other universities and the industry. The Catalyst Program aims to build master trainers among university administrators through a variety of activities. During their one-year development program, the master trainers will participate in face-to-face training as well as online learning, assignments, and practical sessions at the selected local universities. After they completed the program, the master trainers will be attached to NAMA Foundation for a period of one year and will be empowered to localize this initiative, which will be coordinated by our local partners.
